Who is Weekola for?

Weekola is rota software for small shift-based businesses: cafés, restaurants, shops, salons, pubs and local service teams. It brings rotas, attendance, shift swaps, timesheets and leave into one workspace.

Can I start with just the rota?

Yes. Start with rota planning and add attendance, shift swaps or timesheets when you need them. Leave management is included in every workspace.

What is Weekola Brain?

Weekola Brain lets managers ask for things in plain English, like “Tom’s off sick tomorrow, find cover” or “What needs my attention?”. It checks your rota, leave, availability and contracted hours using the same rules as the rest of Weekola. Every change is shown as a preview first, and nothing is applied until you confirm.

Do staff need to download an app?

No. Staff can open Weekola in their phone’s browser to check shifts and use the tools enabled for your workspace. They can also add Weekola to their home screen.

Can I move away from spreadsheets and WhatsApp?
